He teaches at the Faculty of Dentistry ”Iuliu Hatieganu”, ClujNapoca, RO at the Restorative Department.
Has published various papers in different journals about esthetic dentistry.
The founder of “Lazar Learning”, a private training center established in 2016 in Oradea. He runs two modular programs together with specialized lecturers.
He is lecturing in Romania and abroad since 2009 on different topics: prosthodontics, direct composite restorations and dental photography.
Author of the books "Mechanical Behavior of Composite Laminated Ceramic Beams", "The Vertical Preparation Approach: Scientific and Clinical Considerations on tooth and implants".
Author of book chapters "Immediate loading: A new era in oral implantology", "The art of detailing. The philosophy behind excellence".
Founder member of the Italian Society of Prosthodontics and Oral Rehabilitation (SIPRO)
Member of Italian Academy of Restorative Dentistry (AIOP), American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics (AAFP), European Prosthodontics Association (EPA).
Visiting professor at the University of Pavia (Department of Restorative Dentistry) and at the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL-London).
An active member of the Italian Academy of Restorative and Conservative Dentistry (AIC), Italian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, affiliate of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) and ambassador of the British Academy of Microscope Dentistry (BAMD).
