– II класс патологии прикуса зачастую сопровождается гипоплазией подбородка.
– В такой ситуации возникает дилемма: ограничиться только ортодонтическим лечением или дополнить лечение ортогнатической хирургией с целью создания гармоничного результата.
– Необходимым условием для создания эстетического результата в нашем подходе является проведение гениопластики при лечении II класса патологии прикуса.
