Full Professor di Endodontologia presso University of Amsterdam (UvA) e Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA), nominato febbraio 2026. Chair del Department of Endodontology presso ACTA, dove integra cura del paziente, insegnamento universitario e post-laurea, e ricerca scientifica.
Oltre 20 anni di pratica clinica specializzata limitata a endodonzia ad Amsterdam. Ricerca focalizzata su risultati di trattamento della terapia canalare, tecniche diagnostiche innovative e processo decisionale clinico evidence-based con enfasi su indicazioni di trattamento appropriate ed evitare sovratrattamento.
Estesa collaborazione internazionale con ricercatori in Europa e oltre, risultando in numerose pubblicazioni in riviste scientifiche peer-reviewed. Autore ed editore di multipli libri di testo su endodonzia. Attivo come docente internazionale e supervisore di multipli progetti di ricerca PhD.
