Dr. Cehreli is professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Hacettepe University, where he has been for most of his career.
He has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals, has co-authored in several book chapters, and his publications have been cited extensively.
Dr. Cehreli has also served as a reviewer or editorial board member to many international scientific journals.
He is an active member of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry and International Association of Dental Research.
He is a director of the International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT) and currently chairs the Education Committee of the IADT.
Dr. Cehreli has received several national and international awards in research.
His clinical and research interests include pediatric and adolescent esthetic dentistry, minimal invasive restorative techniques, pediatric endodontics and dental traumatology; and has lectured extensively throughout Europe, Americas and Middle East on those topics.
