Interesting case.

Patient was wearing temporary screw retained crown, where doctor Niels Østervemb was forming an emergence profile for better cosmetic outcome. Now he want us to match final design to existing emergence profile because while scanning, tissue collapses too fast.

Scans were given:

1. Preparation scan with collapsed emergence profile
2. Antagonist scan
3. Prepreparation scan with temporary in situ
4. Scan of temporary crown with subgingival emergence profile
5. Abutment alignment scan.
