Restoring A Heavily Fractured Tooth! With A Post and E-Max Crown

Patient came to the clinic with a fractured tooth.. patient went from a different dentist. I had to restore the tooth and polish the teeth before we start her orthodontic treatment. The caries of the adjacent teeth was restored along the process.
P.S. the ferrule was not perfect. it didn't achieve the 2mm minimum.. but its the best we have.. and this core is bonded not cemented.. so ferrule will make it stronger. but it can survive without it.
