– Второй премоляр вехней челюсти ранее эндодонтически лечен (20 лет назад)

– Несколько раз был восстановлен прямыми реставрациями, 5 лет назад - искусственной коронкой

– Сломанный инструмент в корневом канале.

Вопросы, которые будут разобраны на уроке:

– Снятие искусственной коронки

– Удаление стекловолоконного штифта из корневого канала: ультразвуковой метод

– Удаление сломанного файла

– Механическая и медикаментозная обработка корневых каналов

– Обтурация корневых каналов

– Подготовка зуба к восстановлению при помощи непрямой реставрацией

– Установка стекловолоконных штифтов. Build-up

– Получение оттисков

– Временное протезирование

– Цифровое моделирование непрямой реставрации

– Отдаленные результаты.
