– Первый моляр верхней челюсти восстановлен 16 лет назад амальгамовой пломбой. Эндодонтическое лечение не проводилось

– Трещина в области краевого гребня

– Болевой симптом положительный

– Периакпикальные изменения.

– Изоляция рабочего поля при эндодонтическом лечении

– Удаление фрактуры коронки зуба

– Создание эндодонтического доступа. Механическая и медикаментозная обработка корневых каналов

– Обтурация корневых каналов

– Build-up. Подготовка к непрямой реставрации

– Получение оттисков

– Цифровой дизайн непрямой реставрации

– Фиксация непрямой реставрации

– Окончательная обработка реставрации

– Отдаленный результат лечения

– Гистологические и микробиологические явления, происходящие в трещинах дентина и вызывающие дегенерацию пульпы.
