Bioemulation Concept Philosophy
Adhesive dentistry has fundamentally altered and literally transformed our field toward significantly longer-lasting and more esthetic dental restorations ; Not only because the restorations itself are performing well, but mostly because more dental tissues has been preserved. Our group`s philosophy is "less dentistry is the best dentistry". Seeking this goal, Nature is the ideal model to emulate and our basic assumption for dentally emulating nature is found in the histo-anatomic structure of teeth.
Vital and non-vital anterior and posterior teeth restoration strategies
Thorough understanding of the bio-mechanical behavior of teeth, both sound and restored, on a macro- and micro-level will allow us to come forward with effective measures to save teeth and be less aggressive in our treatment proposals. A pro-active approach will be proposed, both for vital and non-vital teeth, anterior and posterior teeth. The importance of early diagnosis, healthy strategy and skillful execution will be evident in this groundbreaking presentation.

Mantiene pratica privata a Montreux, Svizzera, con pratica limitata a odontoiatria micro-invasiva ed estetica.
Oltre 32 anni di esperienza clinica, didattica e di ricerca combinata dalla laurea nel 1993. Esperto in odontoiatria adesiva e biomimetica, tecniche restaurative minimamente invasive, restauri adesivi indiretti (inlay, onlay, table-top), restauri ceramici estetici, applicazioni di digital smile design, e riabilitazione adesiva full-mouth. Conosciuto per approcci sistematici a casi estetici complessi usando tecniche adesive che preservano massima struttura dentale. Ricerca focalizzata su microinfiltrazione di cementi dentali da cementazione, adesione a smalto e dentina, restauri in composito indiretti, e risultati a lungo termine di riabilitazioni adesive.

Research Fellow presso Prosthodontics Department, School of Dentistry of Nancy (1993-1996). Responsabile per formazione postgraduate di odontoiatria adesiva ed estetica presso Generation Implant Association, Nizza, Francia (2007-2012). Responsabile per formazione postgraduate di odontoiatria adesiva e biomimetica presso Garancière University, Parigi, Francia (2011-2022). Autore di numerose pubblicazioni peer-reviewed in riviste restaurative leader su argomenti incluse tecniche adesive, restauri indiretti, studi di microinfiltrazione, e riabilitazione adesiva full-mouth. Co-autore di multipli capitoli di libri di testo su odontoiatria biomimetica e tecniche adesive. Docente internazionale presentando estensivamente in Europa e mondialmente su argomenti inclusi principi di odontoiatria biomimetica, restauri adesivi minimamente invasivi, flussi di lavoro digitali in odontoiatria estetica, e riabilitazione adesiva full-mouth in casi complessi inclusa amelogenesi imperfetta.
