Oltre 30 anni di esperienza clinica trattando casi ortodontici e TMD complessi. Sviluppatore di soluzioni di trattamento innovative per disturbi funzionali ed efficienza ortodontica. Testimone esperto e consulente giudiziario indipendente per ortodonzia nella regione Norimberga/Fürth.
Inventore titolare di brevetti EU/USA per "SUS²/Sabbagh Universal Spring" (1996) e "Aqua Splint®" (2002) per trattamento TMD. Docente internazionale dal 1991, avendo tenuto oltre 750 seminari e conferenze mondialmente su gestione TMD (concetto AquaSplint), ortodonzia senza compliance e risoluzione problemi ortodontici negli adulti. Docente presso European Academy of Dental Education a Norimberga e consulente per Forestadent, Dentaurum, 3M Unitek e Teledenta. Membro dell'Editorial Board di Quintessence Publishing e Scientific Board di IOS e AEO a Praga. Premiato Top Orthodontist da Focus Magazine, Germania (2018).
DDS. Chairman della German Association of Orthodontics in Middle Franconia/Bavaria (2005). Chairman della Professional Association of German Orthodontists (BDK) in Middle Franconia.
