In 1992 received the Master of Science in Dentistry in Periodontology.

Has since cooperated with different research groups at projects related to guided tissue regeneration, guided bone regeneration and implant dentistry.

He is author of more than 30 papers published on peer reviewed magazines, co-author of the book Bone Biomaterials and Beyond where he wrote the chapter on periodontal regeneration.

Active member of the Italian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, of the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry, Certified member of the Italian Society of Periodontology, International member of the American Academy of Periodontology.

Funding member and vice president of the Bone Biomaterials and Beyond Academy.

Has been a professor at the Master of second degree in Periodontology at Sapienza University of Rome since 2000, at the master in Implantology and prosthetics of the University of Pisa since 2010.

Graduated with Lode in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of L’Aquila in 2007. Specializing in Oral Surgery at the «Sapienza» University of Rome in 2010. He is a Adjunct Professor and tutor at the San Raffaele University of Milan. He is a Scientific Advisor to the Dental Clinic at the Department of IRCCS San Raffaele in Milan (Dean Prof. E. Gherlone). He works in Milan and Isernia, where he practices Implantoprotesis and Oral Surgery. Author of many publications, Speaker in National and International Congresses on Implantology and Oral Surgery. Member of the San Raffaele Implant Cultural Association, SIMO (Società Italiana Maxillo Odontostomatologica) and member of IAO (Italian Academy of Osseointegration). Member of International Extraction Academy of California.

The author of the book: “3D Block Technique”, published by RC Libri. Active Member CAI Academy (Computer Aided Implantology). Active Member SICOI (Italian Society of Oral Surgery and Implantology).

PHD in oral implantology in the Faculty of Dentistry, Tirana University. Inventor of the “Sticky Tooth” grafting material, Co-inventor of the Baruti-Demiraqi approach, a PAOO enhancement technique with hard and soft tissue grafting protocol. Awarded Top 100 Doctor in Dentistry in 2020 by the Global Summits Institute (GSI), Opinion Leader of several dentistry firms From 2007, pedagogue and lecturer in oral surgery; OMF surgery; oral anesthetics and implantology in the Dentistry Department, Faculty of Medical Sciences of the Albanian University.
