  • Author of numerous book chapters on the biomechanics of miniscrew-driven orthodontics, non-extraction treatment of adult patients, contemporary lingual orthodontic techniques, and Surgery-First approaches using temporary anchorage devices (TADs).

  • First to demonstrate MARPE protocols for adult patients in the AJO-DO, which have been widely cited by other authors.

  • Author of numerous publications and clinical case reports on the treatment of impacted teeth and whole-arch movement in hyperdivergent patients, including publications featured on the covers of the AJO-DO.

  • Research interests include the clinical biomechanics of microimplant-assisted orthodontics and the response of sutures and bone tissue to orthodontic forces.
