Programma

A unique opportunity to immerse in the art and science of modern prosthodontics and implantology!

This course blends cutting-edge digital workflows, minimally invasive techniques, and biological principles to redefine aesthetic and functional rehabilitation. Every aspect of treatment planning, from aesthetic evaluation to complex full-arch reconstructions, is examined through the lens of precision, predictability, and interdisciplinary integration.

Patient “avatars” created with 3D technology, seamless lab communication, and meticulous provisional-to-final workflows elevate the standard of care to a new level. Soft tissue contour, bone management, and the careful orchestration of all prosthetic interfaces are highlighted as critical determinants of long-term success, particularly in implant-supported restorations.

During the course, you will learn about:

Comprehensive aesthetic, functional, and structural analysis for ideal treatment planning
Integration of radiographic and digital examinations into clinical decision-making
Creation and evaluation of wax-ups and diagnostic/functional mock-ups
Patient “avatars” for enhanced interdisciplinary planning and communication
Biological principles in implant therapy and their impact on restorative success
Management of prosthetic, aesthetic, soft tissue, and bone interfaces
Strategies for supracrestal soft tissue management to prevent esthetic complications
Cementation protocols, including adhesive techniques for glass ceramics and zirconia
Advances in minimally invasive preparations and modern ceramic materials
Digital workflows, intraoral scanning, and accurate transfer of functional and aesthetic parameters to the lab
Planning and execution of complex full-arch and esthetic zone rehabilitations.

On the hands-on, you will perform:

Step-by-step teeth preparation and fabrication of provisional restorations
Fabrication of wax-ups, mock-ups, and silicone keys
Application of adhesive cementation techniques on glass ceramics and zirconia
Digital integration of intraoral scanning and 3D patient modeling
Soft tissue conditioning and management around natural teeth and implants
Implant placement, emergence profile design, and restorative material selection.

This course also includes multiple demonstration masterclasses on patients and models, allowing participants to witness Dr. Fabbri’s workflow live and replicate it under his guidance.
Every procedure is designed to bridge scientific knowledge with clinical expertise, ensuring participants leave with actionable skills to elevate their practice.
